Compensation:

$100,000 OTE

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Charge: Respond promptly and strategically to all generated sales leads, ensuring each interaction contributes to increased sales.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Navigate our CRM with finesse, diligently managing and updating the prospect pipeline seamlessly.
  • Connect and Conquer: Establish meaningful connections with potential clients, confidently addressing objections to amplify sales.
  • Bridge Builder: Serve as the primary contact for sellers, facilitating clear and effective communication among all parties involved.
  • Appointment Maestro: Seamlessly schedule and conduct appointments, utilizing negotiation skills to craft win-win solutions.
  • Industry Aficionado: Embrace the intricacies of the real estate realm, mastering specialized systems and technologies promptly.
  • Local Luminary: Stay attuned to local knowledge, adeptly answering client queries to maintain market dominance.

Qualifications:
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Real Estate license is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree Preferred.
  • Call Center Champion: Previous experience in a sales-focused call center is a notable advantage.
  • History of successful and proven sales achievements is a strong plus.
  • Inherent Drive: A self-starter mentality with an unquenchable thirst for personal growth and accomplishment.
  • Proven experience in overcoming objections and skillfully steering toward closing the deal.
